Dining at La Posada
La Posada, our primary on-campus dining facility, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to several thousand people during the conference season. Dining areas and an indoor open-air atrium furnish ample space and a pleasant atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. Conveniently located near our residence halls, La Posada is your most budget friendly solution for providing meal service to a large group of attendees. When possible, La Posada will accommodate requests to reserve a seating area in the dining hall for your group.
La Posada Catering Service
We can create special menus from La Posada or bring the catered food service to you! Options include but are not limited to break service, full lunches, box lunches and more.
Our conference guests can also visit restaurants at the Student Union Building, buy snacks at on-campus coffee bars and convenience stores, or visit one of many restaurants just off campus.

Market at SRC
Located in the Student Residence Center Commons(SRC), Market at SRC operates every day while summer school is in session. Available items include deli, salads, cold drinks, candy, and all the other features of a modern convenience store. Hours are posted at the SRC desk.
