Redondo Village (RVA) is an apartment facility featuring four single bedroom units with interior entrances. Residents within an apartment are either all men or all women, but the floors are mixed. Redondo students can request to live with a group of friends in a modern environment. RVA hosts both the Global Learning Community and freshman Living Learning Communities.

All resident halls are co-ed, men and women living separately in halls, floors, suites or sections of a building.  Men and women do not share suites or apartments at UNM.
