To apply for Student Family Housing, click here. All applications are online only and there is a $50 application fee, payable via credit card through the online application process. You will be notified as soon as possible when an apartment is available.
Submitting an application for SFH does not mean that we have reserved an apartment for you. If you haven't heard from us within a month from the beginning of a semester, please call (505) 277-4265 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check your status.
First months’ rent will be due and payable when you accept an offered assignment. You may withdraw your application in advance of accepting your assignment and you will remain on the waiting list for the remainder of the academic year.
Demand for apartments may exceed available space. If no apartment is available, you may still submit an application and $50 fee to be placed on a waiting list. Those who don’t want to pay the $50 and commit to the waiting list will be placed on an “Interest List” to be contacted after people on the waiting list have been placed.
Please note that the application for Student Family Housing is separate from the application used for main campus residence halls.

Once your application has been approved and space is available for you, you will be sent an Assignment Offer Letter and a License Agreement to sign committing you to live with us and follow business and behavioral expectations.
