Rates and Requests

Reservation rates are assigned in hourly increments. Spaces must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. All payments are due in full prior to confirmation of the reservation. UNM Departments and affiliated organizations receive a UNM discounted rate. A Departmental Purchase requisition will be provided to university departments and affiliated organizations to enable payment. Non-University affiliated groups can submit payment by via credit card or check, payable to UNM Residence Life & Student Housing. Please contact us for details.

  • Non‐RLSH events during the week before the first week of classes or during finals week require RLSH approval  
  • 24-hour reservations are available for some spaces. Call 505-277-2606 for availability and rates.
