Network Infrastructure Maintenance

UNM IT Networks will perform planned maintenance on Network Infrastructure to complete critical maintenance and upgrades. Completing regular maintenance activities allows UNM IT to make improvements to enhance network performance, security, and usability of IT services.

 Network and Services provided by UNM Health and Health Sciences are NOT impacted by this outage.  

 Service Impact - Saturday, September 21, 8 a.m., through 12 p.m.

  • Brief periods of service interruption, less than 10 minutes, can be expected. Data Center hosted Services will be briefly unavailable just after 8am. For on-campus users, the UNM IT wired and wireless networks will be available.
  • A small group of services will be unavailable. For a full list of services that may be degraded, please see Outage-September on it.unm.edu.
