(UPDATED) Special Announcement: Housing Registration and Renewals

UPDATE: We are pleased to inform you that access to the housing dashboard has been successfully restored, and you can now log in to complete your housing registration, room condition reports, or any other necessary forms.

Our partners at Symplicity Residence have provided some helpful tips in case you encounter any issues while attempting to log in:

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache: If you experience difficulties logging in, clearing your browser cache might resolve the issue. Instructions on how to clear your cache can be found in the settings of your respective browser.
  2. Try a New Browser Window: Attempting to log in using a different browser can sometimes solve compatibility problems. If you usually use one browser, consider trying an alternative to see if it resolves the login issue.

Use an Incognito Window: Opening an incognito or private browsing window can help bypass certain browser settings and extensions that may interfere with the login process. Please use this option if other solutions do not resolve the problem.
