Bed not quite right?

We'll have a team of volunteers to help in your hall's lobby. That said, we'll give you this video on how to correctly loft your bed. You'll need a teammate to help!

 

Need to set an appointment to have your bed lofted? 

Attached is the link for our new Bed Adjustment appointment scheduler. Residents can now select the best time window that works for them for a facilities staff member to meet them at their room for bed adjustments. Here are the steps the residents will take when submitting a bed adjustment appointment:
  1. The resident will click on the link and be redirected to our RLSH Bed Adjustments Bookings page.
  2. The resident will select the building they are staying in then will select the date and time of their choosing from the available options.
    1. Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments, during which is the window when Facilities staff will arrive for the appointment. The time the resident selects will be the starting time of the 30 minute appointment window.
    2. Appointments can be made up to 36 hours in advance and as far as 14 days out.
    3. Appointment availability will begin on August 17th and will have a current end date of September 30th.
  3. The resident will fill in their details including their name, phone number, and email. (Required)
  4. The resident will confirm that they will be present in the room for the duration of the appointment. (Required)
    1. A Bed Adjustment cannot be performed without the resident present.
  5. The resident will confirm that they will remove all bedding prior to the appointment. (Required)
  6. The resident will type in their room or apartment number. (Required)
  7. The resident will confirm if there are any pets in the space. (Required)
  8. The resident will add any additional notes regarding the appointment (Optional).
  9. The resident will click "Book" at the bottom of the page to book the appointment. 
  10. A confirmation page will appear and give the resident access to cancel or change their appointment.
The resident will receive emails soon after booking the appointment, another 24 hours prior to their appointment time, and a final one after the appointment is completed.
