Rates and Requests

Reservation rates are assigned in hourly increments. Spaces must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. All payments are due in full prior to confirmation of the reservation. UNM Departments and affiliated organizations receive a UNM discounted rate. A Departmental Purchase Requisition will be provided to university departments and affiliated organizations to enable payment. Non-University affiliated groups can submit payment via credit card, payable to UNM Residence Life & Student Housing. Please contact us for details, rates, or to request a reservation. 

Special Details

  • Non‐RLSH events during the first week of classes or during finals week require RLSH approval  
  • Reservations available M-F, 9:00am to 4:30PM, during the academic year.
  • Call 505-277-2660 for availability and rates.
  • ADA Accessibility: Hokona Ballroom, Classroom, Game Room (The Cellar)
